He has an American car for the house but the street/houses doesn't seem that American to me.
Tought just for a second i recognized some houses (and i'm in The Netherlands)

I can't place what it is in the middle of that street but for me it looks like a watch-tower as they have in prisons.
If that's so; then he truly is in a weird place; whoever it is.

That's a very strange aspect of this video.
It doesn't visual fit for a common lamppost (what you should expect in a street like that)
It looks made from concrete, pretty wide. With lights on top. And a platform with some fence.. Surely has something from a (prison)watch-tower.
Last years i wasn't emotionally bound to the news & media and stuff but the things that are happening in Gaza just make me feel sad.
