Something is happening in a country and you say: I can't feel sympathy for that country anymore.
If something happening in a street near your house do you say then also I can't feel any sympathy for that street after i saw what happened with the pizza-courier and some trespasser pedestrian
If there is a mole under the ground who did something you don't like, for example: making some hills in your grassfield;
are you saying then:
I cant feel sympathy for the ground anymore???
If something happens on the earth what you don't like;
You sure would be saying you can't feel sympathy for the earth anymore…

When a crime is commited in the name of a country or nation is the whole population of that nation responsible for that crime?
I don't think so.

A lots of crimes that are commited are done in the name of a nation.

A lots of states/unions do have, in my opinion, a criminal underlayment.
That don't mean the people who live in the environment and symptoms of a so-called-state are the state themselves.
Not in a positive matter and not in a negative matter.
I see people segregate from the state; however the state can be used to control people. And it's widely done so.
But in the first essence; people are not under the legal authorization of a state.
