Trump Lawyers Drop Bombshell Revelations About Biden Regime and Jack Smith in Classified Docs Hearing

Trump’s lawyers on Wednesday afternoon attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida on whether Judge Cannon will agree to postpone the classified documents trial currently scheduled for May 2024.

Judge Cannon signaled she may postpone Trump’s trial. She also admonished one of Jack Smith’s prosecutors, according to Julie Kelly who attended Wednesday’s hearing.

Trump’s lawyers dropped bombshell revelations during the hearing on Wednesday, according to reporter Julie Kelly.

Julie Kelly attended the hearing in person on Wednesday. According to Kelly, Trump’s lawyers revealed:

Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon they discovered a June 2023 letter asking DOE to remove Trump’s ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.” – A few weeks AFTER Smith handed down classified documents indictment.

Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon this afternoon they have evidence that the Biden White House collaborated with NARA, DOJ, and intel agencies to determine which documents to include in Jack Smith’s indictment.

Trove of evidence includes “years” worth of security footage from MAL

Evidence of “extensive communications” between White House, NARA, intel agencies and DOJ/Jack Smith prior to the indictment to determine which classified files to include.

Trump still had DOE security clearance related to at least one charged document as recently as June 2023.

•Defense might include the Secret Service as a considered member of prosecution since they have their own security apparatus separate from MAL

Biden Regime and International Donors Send $80 Million Every 2 Weeks to Taliban-Controlled Afghanistan Amidst Reports of Funds Being Misappropriated, Says Government Watchdog

The Biden regime and other international donors provide around $80 million in aid to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan every two weeks, the Free Beacon reported.

The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), the U.S. government’s leading oversight authority on Afghanistan reconstruction, has reported that the Biden regime and other international donors are inadvertently fueling the Taliban’s coffers.

Despite the Biden administration’s assurances to the contrary, around $80 million in aid is funneled into Taliban-controlled Afghanistan every two weeks. This aid, intended for humanitarian projects, is being siphoned off by the Taliban through various means, including fraudulent nonprofits.

According to SIGAR, the United Nations sends “cash shipments” to Afghanistan every 10 to 14 days.

Iraq Moves Further Out Of US's Influence With New Russia And China Deals

With the U.S.’s current primary Middle East focus being on trying to deter a widening of the Israel-Hamas War, China and Russia have been busy cementing their influence elsewhere in the region, most recently in Iraq. This remains a key target for Beijing and Moscow to expand their presence for three main reasons. First, it could easily become the world’s top producer of crude oil within a relatively short time if the endemic corruption in its hydrocarbons sector was curtailed. Second, its geographical positioning in the heart of the Middle East make it a vital link in building a network of logistical connections from the east of Eurasia into the west of Europe. And third, together with Iran under whose enduring influence its operates, it forms the core of the spiritual, political, military, and cultural Shia Crescent. A flurry of activity in the past couple of weeks involving Iraq, Russia, and China underline how seriously all these plans are moving forward.

Firstly, plans to increase Iraq’s oil production and then to send that extra output to China in the first instance moved up a gear in last week’s Cabinet meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani.

At the meeting, a senior source who works closely with Iraq’s Oil Ministry exclusively told OilPrice.com last week, the Cabinet agreed to increase crude oil exports to China by 50 percent – from 100,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 150,000 bpd. It was also agreed that the daily production capacity from Iraq’s largest oil field – Rumaila, featuring partners BP (47.6 percent), China National Petroleum Corporation (46.4 percent), and Iraq’s State Oil Marketing Organization (6 percent) – is increased from 1.3 million bpd to 1.4 million bpd by the end of this year. This is part of Iraq’s plan to increase its oil production to 8 million bpd by 2028. As analysed in depth in my new book on the new global oil market order, there is no fundamental reason why such an increase cannot be achieved – even 12 million bpd is perfectly feasible, given Iraq’s oil resources – with the only constraint being the pervasive corruption in its oil and gas sector that has hampered such progress for years.

Tenafly Council president's name remains on ballot despite child porn charges

Tenafly Council President Jeffrey Grossman will have his name on the ballot for reelection despite the child pornography charges against him.

Grossman and his son Steven Grossman, who both worked in Rochelle Park as teachers, were arrested last month and accused of downloading thousands of explicit images of child sex abuse.

Grossman withdrew his candidacy from the Nov. 7 election but because early voting ballots had already been sent out, there's no way to remove his name.

Fellow democrats say that if Grossman somehow gets enough votes to win, he will not take office. They say they will elect someone to temporarily take his place.

Since their arrests, the men were suspended from teaching in the district. If convicted, they both face five to 10 years in jail.
