Hannity Comms?

Yesterday he interviewed Newt Gingrich, and talked to him about "90/10, 80/20, 70/30 issues" (his words, not mine).,

Today, with House Reps Live, he's now mentioned the same "90/10, 80/20, 70/30" numbers at least 3 times.

It's an odd way to format a question, using all 3 sets of numbers each and every time in less than a 5 min time frame.
