There is one very easy way to tell if the "journalist" hates said person. They will always use a picture which shows the person in bad light and just generally makes the person look stupid. On that picture you can see it was obviously taken while Trump was talking so having his mouth like that makes him look ridiculous to ordinary people reading that article. Now check any article MSM writes about Obama and you will notice they always use the best possible pictures they have of him.
