I have to admit, I was happy with Gowdy's questioning of Horowitz, especially his last sentence where he commented that failure to prosecute Hillary was due to lack of intent on her part, but since Hillary wasn't interviewed, why would they rule out her intent?
But, I haven't liked him in the past because for all of Gowdy's experience as a prosecutor, he sure screwed the pooch several times during Benghazi and Hillary email investigations. It's like he was warming up to put the "defendant" in the hot seat and then explained too much of what he was thinking or didn't ask exactly the right bombshell question, which let the defendants slide past the bullet.
