What ever happened to the large ammo purchases during the Hussien admin?

I can only find references to the purchases up until 2014.

Did this program stop?

Does it continue but with lower numbers purchased?

Are they still buying millions of round for the Post Office Police?

Were the original contracts in 2014 for a ongoing purchase contract that is not finished yet?

Does the Postal Service really need a swat team?

Can't they just barrow one from Homeland Security?
