The Chart, 17 Called by Congress to Testify, is built on cross referencing three lists along the lines that Q suggested recently.
First, indivdiuals who have been fired at the FBI / DOJ from amongst the team involved in the investigatiion of the Clinton emails. This list is based largely on Q's lists. But it also includes Gregory Allan Brower, former FBI congressional liaison, who resigned recently.
Second, the list of persons that the House Judiciary Committee (HJC) has called on to testify. This includes 9 who have been fired or have resigned. Six continue on the job (4 at FBI, including PS who has been demoted; and 2 at DOJ).
Third, the list of 5 individuals for investigation due to texts or emails. This includesLisa Page who has been fired already.
The initial comparison is between the list of those named and referred by the IG and the list of those called to testify by the HJC. The names that fall out are as follows.

Peter Stzork
LP is on the fired / resigned list. PS has been demoted. Reportedly they were in an extra-marital affair.
The IG has identified 4 more individuals by the following monikers: FBI Lawyer 1, FBI Lawyer 2, Agent 1, Agent 5. Of these 4, only FBI Lawyer 1 is NOT referred for investigation.
Second comparison is the list of those either named by the IG or still on the job at FBI / DOJ; and the list the HJC has called to testify. The names that fall out are as follows:

Kevin E. Clinesmith, FBI lawyer
Sally Anne Moyer, FBI lawyer

Third comparison is of the reduced list above compared with the the reason given by the FBI for reliance on monikers instead of naming individuals. Of the individiuals on the reduced list who works in counter-intelligence? Apparently no one.
From the short list, two individuals are dropped, because they kept their jobs and reportedly have behaved like White Hats.
George Zeno Toscas reportedly forced Comey to reveal to Congre3ss that the FBI had acquired a stash of emails from the NYO but had kept that secret for a month. According to Comey's book, Toscas mocked Comey's decision to go along with LL and call the investigation a matter: "Well you are the Federal Bureau of Matters." Toscas ranked 3rd in the pecking order at the FBI's National Security Division.
Joseph Pientka is an FBI agent who, reportedly, has expressed willingness to testify before Congress if subpoenaed. (Other FBI agents have expressed the same readiness, reportedly.)
(Perhaps Toscas and PIentka should not be dropped from the short list?)
Continue with the next comparison – of the short list and the IG's list of individuals referred for investigation. Here the objective is to put names to the monikers that appeared in the OIG Report.

Caught an error in the Chart. FB Attorney 1 should be connected to the thick gray line that links the list of 17 to the OIG report snippet about emals and text messages. But FB Attorney 1 is not connected directly to that snippet because FB Attorney 1 has not been referred for further investigation.
Sally Moyer is FB Attorney 1. She is married to Kevin Clinesmith who is FB Attorney 2.
