Q I have a family member with a case open with the Taxpayer advocate service showing that the IRS engages and conspires in criminal fraud.
The documentation is complete and could take down the IRS alone, One person included in this conspiracy is RR who represented the State at the time.
This case had gone before the district court and was picked up by our friend Theodore Chuang, I'm sure you could guess how that turned out.
Active collection action has ceased but he wants these people to be held accountable not only for what was done to him but what the IRS has done to others, and so far no action has ever been taken against anyone in the IRS or the State.
I guess what I'm saying is we have documents and we want to see this end.
