The Bill of Rights is no less inferior than the 14th Amendment and before anyone can be held accountable under the 14th Amendment "Due Process" must be afforded. Just becuase someone accuses you of "insurrecton" does not and cannot mean that you in fact, participated in an insurrection without having been indicted, tried and convicted.
