They should remove a judge from the bench after a certain amount of overturned appeals. Why is it that a judge can get it wrong so many times and still keep his job whereas the rest of the world gets fired; when if fact, a judge's rulings are detrimental to the welfare of citizens more so than probably just about any other type of occupation.
