So you think that EVERY person fired has to lawyer up to receive the court-ordered back pay? Send a certified return receipt with an affidavit (witnessed and notarized) laying out all the facts and send it to your former employer in NYC with a cover letter citing the court’s ruling with a demand for what you are owed.

 

Anon is a lawfag of 30+ years. Why give an attorney 40% of your restitution when you can start the ball rolling, yourself?

How about sending your certified demand to the ATTORNEYS who represented the NYC hospital/former employer?

 

The attorneys receiving your demand would be obligated to at least contact you back. As they are representing your former employer, they would have to pass your demand to the hospital.
