At one point the prosecution tried to get Kash to bad mouth the judge and Kash said that she was "beyond reproach". Maybe this whole thing about her being impartial - honestly I've only heard it from Mike Davis on warroom. Maybe they're just doing it to try and make Trump supporters think she's going to definitely rule against Trump. Maybe so some will bail. I don't know.
