The IRS Problem: The 14 Billion Dollar Tab

 

Are you under the new monetary system now? No.

 

Did Iraq reinstate their currency on the Forex Market? No.

 

Did speaker Mike Johnson send your tax money to Israel? No.

 

Why are these questions important?

 

Because the American 1st policies are on the other side of the new financial system that will be funded by "Real Money".

 

Why in the world are some people upset that fiat debt that was stolen from you in the form of taxes is being used to defund the IRS? Their entire budget is depleted.

 

Do you know what this will lead to?

 

Congressional Appropriations: The IRS receives the majority of its funding from Congress. This funding is used to cover the costs of operations, including salaries, benefits, and technology.

 

How in the world will they be able to collect taxes when they will not have any money to pay the employees hired to do it? You think people want to work for free?

User fees: The IRS also collects user fees for certain services, such as tax preparation assistance and e-filing. These fees help to offset the cost of providing these services.

 

Guess what? How is this service going to function when they will have to rely on tax revenue they will not be able to afford to finance if the fees itself are continent upon services they can't afford dye to budget cuts?

Revolving Funds: The IRS also has a number of revolving funds, which are used to finance certain activities, such as tax enforcement and taxpayer services. These funds are replenished with revenue from the activities they support.

 

How are they going to be able to use these funds for daily operational cost when you do not even file until April next year? Remember the IRS is a Democrat agency. Guess who runs the House & Senate? Republicans.

Office of The Commissioner: This office oversees the IRS and is responsible for developing and implementing tax policy. The budget for the OTC includes funding for salaries, benefits, and travel. Sections where the budget goes for the building that will be impacted includes what?

The IRS Briefing Room.

 

Remember, they have no budget for this year or next. Their entire 14 billion is being used for foreign aid. This agency has been used to bully you into submission. Property seizure and jail time if you do not pay. And they are facing bankruptcy now?

The West Virginia vs EPA Supreme Court Ruling. You haven't heard of this in your mainstream news. Want to know why? Because it's owned by the same people that owns the IRS. The Rothschilds/Khazarians. West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, 597 U.S. ___ (2022), was a U.S. Supreme Court case. It asks whether important policies that impact the lives of all Americans, should be made by unelected D.C. bureaucrats or by congress. This SCOTUS decision that ruling by executive agency is no longer acceptable. So any laws that are on the books that haven't been passed through congress are void. This includes EOs and government agencies “rules”.

To resolve today’s case the Court invokes the major ques- tions doctrine. Under that doctrine’s terms, administrative agencies must be able to point to “‘clear congressional au- thorization’ when they claim the power to make decisions of vast "economic and political significance". Ante, at 17, 19. Like many parallel clear-statement rules in our law, this one operates to protect foundational constitutional guarantees. I join the Court’s opinion and write to offer some additional observations about the doctrine on which it rests.

 

Since 1970, the major questions doctrine soon took on spe- cial importance.2 In 1980, this Court held it “unreasonable to assume” that Congress gave an agency “unprecedented power[s]” in the “absence of a clear [legislative] mandate.” Industrial Union Dept., AFL–CIO v. American Petroleum Institute, 448 U. S. 607, 645 (plurality opinion). In the years that followed, the Court routinely enforced “the non- delegation doctrine” through “the interpretation of status.

 

What does this ruling ultimately mean for 3 letter agencies?

 

A. This latest Supreme Court ruling will allow the demise of the power the EPA. In a landmark case, West Virginia vs. EPA, it was decided that these congress created agencies are not part of the Republic.
