Familiar with that area, a shooting in that area, unfortunately a park, is no more uncommon than the shit that goes down in Chi-congo every week end. Heavy drug and gang activity area, they built TQL stadium in a hell of a hood, guess they got the land cheap.
Shitty neighborhood, in Dem Run Shit Hole City. That area down there around Union Terminal / The Children's Museum, TQL stadium, wouldn't be caught dead down there after dark; bad enough in day light hours.
