Does anyone know the specifics for the DC Appeals court overruling the gag order? I want to see if what I said last month about gag orders being unconstitutional and violating the 1st amendment was applied. I said that gag orders are illegal and just a way for courts to control the narrative with the excuse to safeguard the case so they can play their game of boolean time sensitive logic. Yes or No, quickly, we have other cases, until they lead you down the path to a dead end that ends in your demise.
When you block speech you block information. Even a perspective is informational. The courts and their shill officers such as prosecutors, DA's, and their expert witnesses want to control people's ability to reason about a case with due diligence in a proper timely manner. This way they cause "Due Stress" which is illegal also in contract law, to get a response that is not well thought out that they can then easily pick apart.
