Guess every garden needs a compost pile.
Streets are for motorized vehicles.
Parks and sidewalks are for people.
People need to stay the fuck out of the streets.
Cops need to start getting tough on people congregating on the streets.
The mayors are to blame for these incidents, and should be held accountable.
