look - as far as the oldfag BVs go, they are good men. Would trust them with my life, have worked with them for a long time. Tough with shills at times, especially when board is really being targeted. Make mistakes, I do too. Rare when it comes to actually taking out the wrong posts.
BVs can see things anons can't, recognize known shills. Sometimes they're blended to give "cover". Do our best to take out only what is spam etc.

there are sometimes attacks then, like red text spammer. Or someone will try to set us up. But that doesn't just happen late at night. Early morning is pretty intense most of the time, too, must offer extra pay for early birds.

Tubbs likes an argument but mostly when shitposting, not baking. Show me a rule that says anons can't fight with other anons or call them names, only exception being a targeted attack. if Tubbs talks about kikes or niggers, he may have gotten posts deleted is they're really nasty.
