Because the only constitutional Court that exists is US SC.

In a state of bravado, federal Courts said they could hold out for 3 weeks in a shut down.

There is no constitutional provision for Federal Courts to exist. Furthermore, using the Holman Rule, corrupt Federal Judges can be fired.. We can't do much about State Judges, per se ( exactly), but we can do something about State Courts that are holding on to cases that should have been in a Federal Court. We can also do something about State Courts using federal money, or engaging in a case that has used Federal money to investigate.

There are few opportunities to catch a dirty Judge in our system. Judges have wide immunity. Being wrong is not a problem for them. Being overturned is not a problem for them .Relying on evidence known to be altered to make their ruling is a problem for them.

I hate to engage in hopium, but I do have to point anons to a shift in judicial rulings of known leftist Judges.

This would not be a violation of the Cannons. The difference in your question about altered evidence of J6 and this is , "knowingly" "knowingly" and "should have known" are the same. There is sufficient evidence that the J6 Committee report contained altered evidence. No Judge should make a ruling that includes finding of facts that relied on that report .It is common knowledge and facts not in dispute. Furthermore, there is a "completeness" requirement for admissible evidence. J6 report fails on that level fatally.

The only Court our Constitution recognizes is the SC. Congress makes any other Court
