As I recall I could he wrong but I can swear recall reading something (forgot where though) that the IG report was made the way it was to raise more ?'s n the Horowitz has already been working with huber. I read that Huber has already been investigating everything with his staff and there was no need for a 2nd special council 1. Its already being investigated by hiber n staff. 2. Because it'll cost to much taxpayer money n 3. N they would have to start from the beginning n it'll take alot longer
