I am criticizing Israel when I say that they helped China with cruise missile development in the 1990s. That cane back to bite them in the ass though. Because China has not sided with Israel in this current conflict. Rather they have sought to strengthen ties with Israel's enemies. So Israel is now coming to an understanding about China that the USA should have understood clearly for a long time. You don't do business with your enemy on the one hand while fighting them with the other. A three year old knows this. But apparently the need for secrecy and a good economy outweigh the need for the truth to be told. Sort of like decisions made at the corporate board level. Decisions that make the stockholders happy in the short term while doing serious damage to the company in the long term. Live now. Pay later. Kick the can down the road. And we are running out of road.
