Who would be doing the arresting?
Where would the person be taken and why? What judge are they going to appear in front of?
If the onlyactiveConstitutional Court in the USA is the US Supreme Court under COG, why would we be told of the arrest, as they are obviously going straight to Gitmo or similar? Anything else (arrest-wise) would just be a farce for the cameras.

Serious question: (Unfamiliar with full House of REp rules) when a new SOTH comes into office, he has to name new "temp SOTH' person(s) to fill his shoes should he vacate the office.
Does this person have to be a current member of the House?
Or, like the SOTH position, can it be a person from outside?
