Former Obama senior adviser David Axelrod said Biden should consider if running in 2024 is in the best interest of the country after new polling shows him falling behind Trump in battleground states. Conducted by The New York Times and Siena College, Biden is ahead only in Wisconsin, by two percentage points and falls to Trump in the five other states by margins of four to 10 percentage points among registered voters. 'Only Joe Biden can make this decision. If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party ,' Axelrod said on X

Angelina Jolie's father Jon Voight (left, together in 2001) has laid into his daughter's commentary on the Israeli war against Hamas terrorists, blasting her 'lies' about the brutal conflict. The actor, 84, slammed the actress, 48, in an Instagram post (center) over the weekend, saying he was 'disappointed' with her for slamming the IDF for 'deliberately' killing Palestinian children in airstrikes on the Gaza Strip. Jolie has strongly condemned the country's response (right) to the October 7 Hamas terror attacks that killed 1,400 people, the majority of whom were civilians. Voight, who has had a strained relationship with his daughter since the early 2000s, said: 'I am very disappointed that my daughter, like so many, has no understanding of God's honor, God's truths,' He added: 'The Israeli army must protect this soil.'

President Isaac Herzog has blasted Angelina Jolie for 'not offering the Israeli people any ability to defend themselves' after the actress strongly condemned the IDF's response to the Hamas terror attacks. Ms Jolie, formerly a special envoy of the UN High Commission for Refugees, accused Israel of 'deliberately bombing children, women, families, deprived of food, medicine and humanitarian aid' in violation of the international law. Mr Herzog said he 'totally rejects' Ms Jolie's criticisms of the offensive in Gaza , noting how she's never been to Palestine or Israel.

The final day of JFK's life is captured in color for the first time in JFK: One Day in America, which aired on National Geographic. The movie shows Kennedy arriving in Dallas alongside his wife on that fateful day in 1963. The team behind the movie was given 53 minutes of footage work with. Through a painstaking process, the team was able to colorize the video over the course of 12 weeks. The film also sees interviews with bodyguards Clint Hill, 91, and Paul Landis, 88, as well as other witnesses to the most famous political assassination of the 20th century.
