Those Monarch Butterfly flags are TRIGGERS for all the Monarch Mind Controlled slaves.

For example: As a little girl or boy is raped or stabbed, they're told to "go Over the Rainbow" which is a trigger for them to dissociate from their pain and split off another fragment of their mind.
The "handler" then gives that mind fragment a code name and a trigger code, then programs it to perform a specific function.
Beware the use of common phrases and characters from popular children's movies because their script is often written to be used in mind control programming.
