1. The issue is not BHO having been a non-citizen, which he probably is, but whether he was a "Natural Born Citizen", which is required for eligibility to be President

1. It would be the mother of all Constitutional crises

1. It might (and possibly would) open all legislative acts, EOs, and subsisting appointments to question, unless ratified by a validly appointed President

But the bottom line is: it would be a shit show. And the entity with responsibility for opining on the consequences, SCOTUS, would also be affected.

Would the BHO justices recuse themselves? Who knows. Not at all sure that anyone would want to go there…
