Yeah, the specifics vary from State to State.
Which is cool - I'm big on letting local/State set the rules as much as possible across a variety of issues.
Here in MO it's pretty much don't put any dispensaries next to a school or church and you're good to go.
Locals can't do much about it otherwise.
And, yeah, similar growing rules here as you guys have.
