Real Estate Question:
How much potential tax revenue is not yet taxed through 1031 like-kind exchange deferment? Where can I find that estimate? Trump keeps saying we're rich as fuck. That would be the biggest untapped pool of money that I can think of. I know there are legit arguments for and against it, to repeal or update it, but I can't think of a potential pool of money so huge that would get us out of debt and fix the real estate pricing crisis faster than unleashing that wealth and reestablishing faith in the US economic system…not to mention that Trump is a specialist in bankruptcies and real estate…
