Pelican is just code for one of several major larp's to have plagued the board since its inception. Pretend insiders trying to drop "classified intel" on "secret government projects." One was called Project Pelican. Hence the pelican memes when a chronic spammer shits up the bread. They're generally persistent and belligerent...do not engage them as they're likely clowns. They change tactics, but they're all the bloody same. Q even called them out one time, was the AIMfag variety at the time.
