So, Mary of Magdala was a woman of means.

She supported Jesus in his great work.

She sent the apostles away at his arrest and stayed with Jesus to the end.

She cried bitterly at his passing.

A rich merchant carted Jesus's body off to a special tomb. I've always wondered if this merchant was a friend of Mary of Magdala, she being a woman of means.

What woman of means is going to leave her loved one's body in a tomb for possible discovery and further desecration by the Romans?

Someone or someones rolled the rock in place to close the tomb. Meaning anyone or a herd could've rolled that rock away. Not like they had 24/7 surveillance or anything. I wonder how much silence cost in those days…

Mary of Magdala was the first to discover the open tomb and sound the alarm. Maybe she wasn't just a stupid girl after all.

Like Solomon, as the Preacher, said, "Nothing new under the sun and everything is vanity."

Hey, someone should ask Donald Trump why, when his political capital was at its peak, when he was the greatest victim in the world, why did he run right back to the Party that stabbed him so cruelly in the back? Why didn't he start his own party and force the Uniparty to play his game?

I don't get that, at all.

And now, from all reports, he looks destined to be our sacred holy victim yet again.

Vote harder! /s

And still the border is open. The dual-citizens and their uniparty still puts America Last on its list of priorities.

Well, if that's the truth, and the Romans really put a seal on there and posted a guard and again, what does silence cost, in those days?

I just find it funny that this is the basis upon which the claim to divinity lies, and lies, and lies.

You do know the virgin birth is a claim first made in ancient Sumatra, don't you? Predating Jesus's birth by hundreds of years.

Now, seeing as how human nature has changed very little since the Sumatran days, no matter how fancy the lipstick on the pig, I wonder if some ruling noble's daughter got herself in trouble, and people being so superstitious then just gobbled up that lie.

But who knows, huh?

Only God.

And again, can anyone tell me, what did silence cost in those days…

Not that I would ever take anything in Matthew without careful examination and further study, seeing as how the original manuscript, the Septugint, had been changed at least 288 times the last time I bothered to look, which was years ago.
