I agree, as a recovering addict like myself who has lost many a friend due to overdose, I have worked in a treatment facility and see the effects of all this. Many drug dealers are small fish just trying to support their habit. The cartels don't have any quality control and the strength of everything differs from bag to bag. Plus they add a horse tranquilizer called Xylezine to it to "give it legs" and last longer. But it makes it resistant to Narcan so it is harder to reverse the overdose plus it causes these nasty burns and infections in the skin, nasty nasty stuff. I would tell people not to shoot up in the neck because even though it is an easy vein to hit, it can cause an infection that goes right to your brain, I lost a friend that way. And I knew another guy who did that and got an infection in his eye and he lost his eye, good looking guy and it was a shame for him to lose his eye over that shit. I have mixed feelings of Death Penalty for drug dealers. In my town I have seen people who sold drugs to someone who died get charged for murder though. Xylezine isn't a normal drug and it doesn';t come from CVS so the chemical companies providing this, Death penalty.
