I think you are both correct if you are referring to "voting" as going to a polling place and casting a ballot. However, real votes are with real money and with what we give attention to. Everyday we vote with what our dollars and our time. George Soros votes more and better than the rest of us. He doesn't care about the one vote he could cast in a little booth after having his ID scanned for "their" big database.
