Saw an interview today on Fox with Homan from ICE. He mentioned HSI is a division of ICE and what it investigates (human rights violations, human trafficking, transnational gang activity, among other things). That's gotta be why they're hitting ICE so hard when they have nothing to do with what's happening at the border. They're trying to shut down the law enforcement agency that investigates some of their crimes. Here's the HSI page.
