What was Peter saying/doing when Jesus called him Satan to his face? Rebuking Jesus "No Lord, this must never happen to you".
Right. Jesus called Him Satan because He thought the things Jesus said must happen must never happen, because to him Jesus is above it. He did not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.

You seem to have mixed a lot of "lore" in there. Does the book of Job say Satan wanted to destroy Job?
Why would Satan need to storm the gates of heaven, when Jesus said who to those who shut the door to the kingdom of heaven in peoples faces?
Why does Satan roam the earth to and fro, and the Son of Man has no place to lay His head?
