ty for the info. and you are correct that I used 'hyperbole' when using the phrase "You can't even walk by a facility of theirs without signing a NDA". However if you really are interested in the dillfunktery that is NOAA, you may want to dig a little deeper yourself. No need to convince anyone on my part, was just putting something that caught my eye from today's news and providing some context. gonna throw a little sauce that I have handy below, but there is much more out there. That particular dig for me began 2yrs ago as a result of some information that was brought up to me personally (didn't believe at the time) and by digging to prove them wrong…discovered not only were they right, but far worse than I could've imagined. Isn't that the way if often goes these days. Anyway, just passing along. -blessings
