I have read somewhere that Area 51 was taking out the Navy Intel that helped carrying out Bushes' plan. They Navy had just rebuilt their area at the Pentagon and had reinforced the windows and walls. The missile was intended to take out just their area as payback. I believe they all died. Or maybe one lived.
