Yes, anything with too much sugar and salt, or sodium nitrates/nitrites and aspartame (among a few other toxic preservatives, artificial sweeteners) is carcinogenic. I buy fresh meat and vegetables from food producers I got to know at local farmer markets. At stores I look for anything certified non-GMO organic. Might cost a bit more in the stores, but getting cancer is much much more expensive. Only bad habit I have today is drinking too much whiskey, but I've been an alcoholic most my life and haven't (at least yet) had any major health issues.
