>If it were two sentences, it would be correct.
(anon is correct. IF it were two separate sentences, then the comma placement would be correct. however, since punctuation was used (the comma), for the sake of consistency, it's necessary to also use punctuation to delineate the end of the sentences. the meme maker did not use periods or exclamation points. as presented, the single comma is wrong no matter how you think about it. even if it were intended as a single sentence, it would properly have TWO commas, one after "look," and one after "son." this is my final ruling on the matter.)
>The problem is that evidence is no longer evidence!
IMHO that is a HUGE problem within the justice system as a whole. demonstrably guilty perps walk on the technicality that the evidence was obtained "improperly." someone pls show me where it says in the constitution or bill of rights that evidence is not evidence. the RETARDED precedent under which law abiding citizens currently suffer is equivalent to "two wrongs make a right." the perp broke the law, but the police "violated" the perps constitutional rights in obtaining proof, so everyone gets to go home free. what kind of IDIOCY is that? evidence is evidence, regardless of how it was obtained. it the police broke the law obtaining the evidence, then that is a second, SEPARATE crime. the SANE solution would be to charge them both. prosecute the skel using ALL the evidence, then charge the specific cop who acted improperly with a fed crime of violating the perps rights. let the conviction of the perp be used in the cop's defense, and as a guide the sentencing, if necessary.
FFS, YOU'D THINK IT WAS ROCKET SCIENCE, OR SOMETHING.
