I like comedian Ron White's suggestion for the wall

We buy Mexico and flip it (kek) then sell it to some country like Peru (they've got loads of money there from selling drugs). We wait until Peru can't make the payments, and seize Mexico back in foreclosure. Send in the military to clean out the cartels.
