Director Wray: We can not, and do not, discount the possibility that Hamas, or another foreign terrorist organization, may exploit the current conflict to conduct attacks here, on our own soil. We have kept our sights on Hamas, and have multiple investigations into individuals affiliated with that foreign terrorist organization.

Higgins: We, the people, still do not have a definitive from you [Wray], or anybody else in the Biden administration, regarding FBI presence and participation, in the months leading up to the November election, and in the weeks and days prior to January 6th, and on January 6th here in DC. We can't get a straight answer…will you confirm that the FBI had confidential human sources at the 'Stop the Steal' rally on January 6th, here in DC sir?
Wray: I'm not going to get into whether we have or have not used confidential human sources…if you are asking whether the violence at the Capital on January 6th was part of some operation orchestrated by FBI sources and or agents, the answer is emphatically not.
