Wasn't there a Qdrop about cutting underwater internet cables? Or cutting internet and "we are prepared to take action"?
Not those specific words, but something similar?
Maybe I'm mis-rmembering the "prepared to take action" part….I recall "shut down" and such, but I thought there was one specific to internet and taking action.
