It just seems kinda racist to only allow white people to play villains in movies and commercials. Shouldn't black, brown, and yellow folks get the opportunity to play the villain too?
Imagine epic failures of basic structural systems on a massive scale if/when muh diversity hires replace the older white men who are retiring and/or dying off. It will be 💯 disastrous.
