This is why we need to STOP believing their horse shit and LEARN things for ourselves. NOT ALL MODERN MEDICINE IS WRONG EITHER. For example, OUR EMERGENCY MEDICINE is fantastic and far more life saving than it was 50 years ago. But, this is why we have TV shows like House, Scrubs, ER, Grey's Anatomy, etc. to emphasize the good while ignoring the bad.
