and win valuable prizes by suing Baldwin for 'wrongful dead' and given the way that the Ukrainagarchs are there is a good chance she's not really dead.

maybe it's because my grand parents were imigrants , and our 'ethnicty' had to make their own justice, that I understand that courts and the law were always cooked and that only some people have the resources to use the courts in the way that they are advertised.
the connsitution is a nice document, but sadly hasn't really been of much use for over a hundred and fifty years.
we live in a oligarchy run by wealthy foreigners and if you are one of them the courts work differently than if you are just some garden variety person.
the system of government is hazing and intimidation.
the local governance is aristocracy, where town managers, unelected, are job for life.
and their children inherit the positions after they pass on to the nursing home.
where they live to grow very very old on full pension.
they system has been broken for a very long long time.
if you think you ever really had those full Constitutional freedoms I'd like to know when that was.
in fact the courts have been broken for generations.
some are able to play them for their benefit, and the rest of us try to do what we can without coming under their scrutiny.
