These are uninhabited cities with empty buildings unsuitible for peopel because they have no utilities: no wiring, no water, nothing. Just hulks built as a way to launder money or 'save'.
so when we have an IRA, they have a deed to a 'condo' that no one will ever live in.
also they have alot of useless infrastructure, like wind turbines for carbon credits in a places too remote for the power to be efficient to use: it's just pure fraud and they might even just be mockups that don't actually produce power.
plus they had record floods and other types of devastation. They are on shaky groud economically.
the United States? our biggest problem is 'the enemy within'. Easy to fix.
