I rarely verify the case law cited really says what the Lawyer says it says but, you can read the prosecutor's words and they don't flow well. Spidey senses went off. I went ahead and pulled the Mehar V City of NY case and sure enough, not only was it off point , it doesn't mean what she implies it to mean when taken in full context.
This is a first for me to see in a Trump case. I'm getting the impression they know this entire case is going to be over turned on appeal ( so don't overturn us yet, we still have weeks of time left to waste)
