Much of the wealth in this country today is inherited, past down from family relations. Many old timers lived in very productive times when you could easily make a living and support a family and save up money. When those old timers die, it gets passed onto the younger generations. More than half of the middle class still exists for this very reason alone.

Thing is, a house in the 1970s cost an average $15,000 to $20,000. Sure the average salary was a little less but it was enough to easily afford a mortgage on a middle class home and pay it off within 10 years. Now? An average home will cost you $200,000! Most of the youth simply could never afford that today. So wealth was created back in the 1940s - 1980s and then suddenly with expansion of big government, endless debt and corruption, here we are today, our currency highly devalued.

It's really part of the 4th Amendment right to privacy, which includes such thing as papers and personal affairs, as long as you are abiding by the law, and they cannot take that privacy away unless they obtain a warrant. Which is kinda what we have now, as far as enforcement against online death/terror threats.

>Quit trying to keep up with the Joneses

I don't try to do that, I'm just explaining the differences of economic reality between generations. Past generations could easily afford to make a living compared to newer ones growing up today, because of the debt insolvency, massive inflation over the decades due to government overspending, endless wars, etc.

My only concern is they are not civilizing very civilly over there and have not been since Biblical times. These people have been killing each other for thousands of years, literally. I'm not a Hamas or Israeli supporter saying this, it's just a fact. Middle East has always been unstable.

Well imagine the youth now without a lot of inheritance with the price inflation we have today, and the cost of housing is ridiculous (jacked up 500%). It's no wonder so many "micro-apartments" are being promoted and built all over the cities and some suburban areas these days. Much of the younger generations can't afford jack and many rely on their parents. Not to mention the whole student loan racket.

Americans need to man up and say NO! we are not going to fight. That's going to be up the the younger people to take their stand though, and we should support them, there is nothing wrong boycotting a war if it is not for your own nation's interest.
