Not the point, there is now a ruling that gag orders are unconstitutional. If you remember when I gave a discourse on this this is how their tactic works. The only information a jury gets because of gags are from the court alone and they are the sole proprietor of information flow. They are trained professional that use boolean logic to question defendants with yes or now answers that leads them in a direction to different paths until you get to that one room where, regardless of your yes or no answers, bring a defendant to their doom. Whether the attorney's actually realize they are doing this intentionally or not is irrelevant, that is the game. So what is wrong with this game? Time Series baby, a defendant and jury is put under due stress to answer questions and reason in a timely manner, which is illegal in contract law also and can break all contracts if proven. So gag orders cause due stress, and that was only one reason of the many I extrapolated on. Big Win for America.
