You are a true patriot who gets it. This is a big win for America and not just Judicial only. I iterated about a half dozen or so, court tactics that actually exploit our Judicial system and weaponize them against the people.

Here is another one that I got right, no standing is not claiming damages. Now what my problem with this is, is that a judge is suppose to explain the law to anyone who asks. The game was none of the lawyers asked so they just went about and said PDJT lawyers you have no standing. But your honor, I can't believe, they did x,y,z we have proof a,b,c game. The same answer, no standing. The judge should explain it regardless whether the attorneys ask for clarification or not, so the supreme court plays the lawyer billing game too. This need to be fixed, if the judge would have explained to Trump's lawyers this what would they could they say? Oh, then we like to claim damages and proceed <- would be their only route and trust me they knew. Was it part of the plan, nope. Dr Halper aid 46 lawsuits were put on hold and can now be reopened.

Nice one, see b4 Declass. It works but it had to be exposed and challenged for it's weaponization. I am ecstatic because like anon another mentioned this is a big deal and I believe a game changer for so many that suffered from this boolean logic tactic.

God Bless the US Army Brass, for having the courage to protect our service members from all foreign and domestic enemies. Hoorah!
