If you analyze photo 1ebe, the 3rd picture, you can see that they must have used a bucket as that is the type of spill that comes from a bucket and that they were heading towards the larger spill just east of it, to the left. This is done because they want to see if anyone is watching by walking the property, so they can get a good view of my front door due to the bushes there. My driveway is wet too, so I can tell it is a coordinated attack by both neighbors.
