I used to work with Special Needs kids.
We had to monitor their behavior and tell them when they were doing things that were socially inappropriate.
One phrase that we used often with the Special Needs kids, was "hands to self."
We used as few words as possible so that it would be easier for the kids to process and be able to quickly self correct their inappropriate behavior.
So when I see a pic like this, I think, hands to self, Joe, hands to self.
